How I charge
Every job is different, so I quote to suit the work, the site and the roster — no lock-in contracts and no surprises on the invoice.
Site & FIFO work. For on-site support, shutdowns, FIFO and offshore rotations. Travel time counts toward the day, and overtime is clearly agreed up front.
Remote & admin support. For SWMS, JHAs, procedures, reports, audits and systems work done off-site. Billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for the time used.
Defined jobs. For work like an ICAM investigation, a SWMS pack or a safety system review. One agreed price before work starts.
Fully insured (PI & Public Liability). All prices quoted + GST.

About
DJ's Safety Solutions is run by Daniel Joubert, a Perth-based WHS and HSEQ professional with more than 10 years in high-risk industries, including oil & gas, offshore, drilling, well services, construction, commissioning, shutdowns, decommissioning and mining.
I didn't start in an office. I started on the rig floor, moved into well services, and then into HSE — so I've done the work, not just written the procedures for it. That hands-on, on-the-tools experience means I understand the pressures crews face, speak their language, and know what a control looks like when it actually works in the field.
That background translates directly to businesses and workplaces across broader industry. The approach is practical: safety that works with the business and the people doing the work, not paperwork for its own sake.
