About
DJ's Safety Solutions is run by Daniel Joubert, a Perth-based WHS and HSEQ professional with more than 10 years' experience across oil & gas, offshore, drilling, well services, construction, commissioning, shutdowns, decommissioning and mining.
I didn't start in an office. I started on the rig floor, moved into well services, and then into HSE — so I've done the work, not just written the procedures for it. That hands-on, on-the-tools experience means I understand the pressures crews face, speak their language, and know what a control looks like when it actually works in the field.
That background translates directly to businesses and workplaces across broader industry. The approach is practical: safety that works with the business and the people doing the work, not paperwork for its own sake.
